What's in a name?

Our brand name “confetto” is the singular form of the Italian word “confetti”, which are small bits of paper that are thrown at celebrations and festivals.  They bring joy and gaiety to an occasion, and this is precisely what we hope our equally colourful gemstone jewellery would do for our customers.

Our mission

We love colourful gemstones, but hate the fact that jewellery made with these gifts from Nature are usually only available at high-end stores with a luxury mark-up. Our mission is therefore to bring quality colourful gemstone jewellery to customers at a reasonable price point.

Our aesthetics

We aim at creating pieces that are classic and timeless. Fashion is quick, style is forever.

How do we do it?

Most gemstone jewellery in the market is set using solid 18K gold, but this actually means that the bulk of the price customers pay for a piece of jewellery goes to the 18K gold setting rather than the gemstone itself.

Here at Confetto, we choose to set our gemstones in 18K gold plated sterling silver instead.  With simple care, gold plated jewellery can also last a long time.

What gemstones do we use?

Not all gemstones are created equal, so we hand pick each gemstone we use. Each gemstone used in our jewellery pieces have been selected individually for its colour, cut and brilliance.
